Personality & Traits
General Overview | Tavir isn’t the kind of bartender who listens to your troubles and offers sage advice. Instead, he observes, memorizes, and calculates. He rarely speaks unless necessary, and when he does, his words are precise and deliberate. He never gossips, never flinches, and never seems surprised—because chances are, he already knew. Despite his cold demeanor, Tavir has a peculiar reputation: -He never refuses a drink request, no matter how obscure. -He remembers every patron’s preferred drink after a single order. -He has a knack for making people talk without them realizing it. |
Personal History | Tavir wasn’t Tal Shiar—he was a soldier. He served in the Romulan Galae during the chaos that followed the fall of the Star Empire. When the Romulan Free State emerged, Tavir sided with a warlord faction that opposed their rule. When his side lost, he became a fugitive, marked for execution. He barely escaped, using Orion smugglers to disappear into Federation space. Now, he’s laying low, trying make a new life for himself. Somewhere along the way, Tavir became useful to the right people. The Orion Syndicate helped him disappear —but they expect loyalty in return. He ensures their dealings in Delirium remain undisturbed, occasionally relaying information to their operatives. |
